Metal Photo Magazine, one of the UK’s leading publications of all things metal, is offering readers an opportunity to take a look at some of the hottest dogs on the planet.
For the first time, the magazine is offering a wide range of prints on metal, including an exclusive photo print of a giraffe.
The photo was taken at the National Zoo in Canberra, Australia, and shows a giraffe called Mimi.
Mimi is the only known giraffe on Earth.
She is the third of four species of giraffes and the only one in the world to be named by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
The other two are named for the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite, and for the Roman god of love and fertility, Pallas.
Mimi was born in a zoo, and is believed to have been born in about 1883.
In the early 1990s, her owner had her neutered, and she became the first known wild giraffe to survive in captivity.
“Mimi lives at the zoo, where she enjoys being with the other giraffals and the visitors,” said a statement from the magazine.
“She loves to run around and jump around in the wild.
She has a large head and very large ears.
She is very shy and will occasionally look shy when a stranger is around her.”
The magazine’s website says the giraffe photo print is priced at £7.99.
